Delivery - Shipping

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, ordering time, and availability of items. At the time of processing your purchase, the available shipping methods as well as their cost will be displayed.

Delivery options:

Collection in Herramentalia

Chosen this option and once the payment has been made, the sales office will contact you to agree on the date on which you can move on to withdrawing your order. The person who comes to pick up the order only needs to present the purchase order document and an identification card.

Home delivery

If the product/s is available, the goal is to deliver in the next 24/48h, maximum 72h for remote areas. In the event that there is no stock at the time of placing the order, the sales office will contact you to inform you of the options and deadlines. We accompany you throughout the process until the complete receipt of your order.

The deadlines indicated above will be extended for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas.

Deliveries are made only on weekdays.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.
