Returns

To proceed with the return, the following rules must be taken into account:

(a) They may not exceed more than 20 days from the date of the packing slip.

b) In all cases the causes of the return must be justified.

c) The number of the packing slip or invoice must be recorded.

d) Where the cause of the return is for technical or quality reasons, they shall accompany sufficient data.
